SOLUTION
Co-founded Clara: a Generative AI assistant for workplace mental health, aligned with NR-1. Product strategy, MVP design, experimentation and pilot across five clients.

WHAT WAS HARD
AI in mental health demands extreme caution. The biggest trade-off was between functionality and safety: every feature was evaluated through the lens of "can this cause harm?". Saying "no" to popular features that could be risky was essential.
