How does your data and AI consulting work?

I start with a 2 to 4 week executive diagnostic: mapping systems (people, processes, data, technology), identifying root causes and creating a clear roadmap with quick wins. Typical format is a 4 to 8 week sprint + handover + optional monthly advisory. I don't sell tools. I build executable systems with minimum viable governance for real adoption.

What's the ideal company profile for your consulting?

Mid-size companies (50 to 5,000 employees) in one of these scenarios: data chaos without governance, AI pilots stuck in PowerPoint, data teams without strategic direction or need for an interim Head of data. I work across Brazil, Luxembourg and the EU.

When are you NOT the right consultant?

I'm not the best fit for: daily operations and ongoing maintenance (I'm better at 0 to 1 than 1 to N), highly political environments where the real problem is power dynamics, pure implementation without a strategic layer or long projects without clear milestones. I use the AI Fit Check tool to assess this honestly.

What's the difference between your consulting and a Big 4?

Three fundamental differences: (1) I combine strategy, execution and people in one person. No layers of juniors doing the work. (2) My focus is real adoption, not beautiful reports nobody implements. (3) Boutique pricing with the seniority of someone who led data at OLX (300M+ users), Addi and Reserva.

Executive Mentoring (B2C)

How does executive mentoring work?

I use the ROCKET method: starting with a deep diagnostic (pains, goals, aspirations), we create a Flight Plan (1-year vision + quarterly OKRs) and continue with biweekly sessions. Each session follows a structure (Reality, Objective, Check-up, Know-how, Explore, Transfer) and ends with a practical task. Every 3 months, we do a "Pit Stop" to measure evolution and recalibrate.

Who benefits most from the mentoring?

Senior tech, data and product professionals (35 to 50) in career transition, seeking positioning clarity or wanting to level up (from execution to strategy). Also those wanting to use AI as a career accelerator. I'm not a motivational coach. I'm operational and strategic.

When is mentoring NOT recommended?

When the person primarily needs emotional support or therapy (I recommend a psychologist), when there's no willingness to do exercises between sessions or when the problem is too junior or technical. I work best as a clarity architect and execution designer.

What makes your mentoring different?

Three rare layers in one mentor: (1) Strategy and systemic thinking with clarity, prioritization and trade-offs. What is the "Fit Check" AI tool?

It's a free tool on my website that uses AI (GPT-4o) to analyze whether I'm the right person for your challenge. You describe your problem and the AI cross-references it with my database of 21 real professional achievements to identify: direct evidence, transferable experiences and honest gaps. It's transparent. If I'm not the best fit, it says so clearly.

What languages do you work in?

I work fluently in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Italian. French at intermediate level. The entire site is available in PT, EN, FR and ES.
